How do we determine the condition of each item?

Here is our description of the different condition assessments:

10/10 = Brand new with tags

9/10 = Very good condition, used a few times but in excellent shape with no damage or defects. Like new.

8/10 = Good condition overall, minor signs of use such as washing, but nothing that affects the user experience.

7/10 = Significant wear, decent condition but still usable. May have one or more defects; see pictures for details.
